Guided Meditation & Mantra Meditation


Meditation has been a part of Linda’s life for over 30 years when she began a mantra meditation practice.  At age twenty-two she became a teacher of Transcendental Meditation. She attended months long meditation courses and taught people to meditate throughout the U.S. and Europe.  She now works with and teaches both guided meditation and mantra meditation.

Guided Meditation - Awakening Dreams 

Guided meditation is a gentle type of meditation were a person listens to a soothing voice to help visualize, feel and imagine ways to relax, connect with inner deep creativity, find inner wisdom and bring balance and healing to life. 

Imagining, feeling and visualizing as someone speaks and guides a person to a safe, comfortable, deep place of connection at the core of creativity, wisdom and healing is a transforming process that has positive physical and emotional outcomes. It is also used to help with relaxation, stress reduction, manifesting dreams and to bring the unique gifts each person has into the world. Guided imagery is used with great success by professional athletes and patients healing from surgery.

Linda teaches a one-on-one Guided Meditations - Awakening Dreams Course.  The two session class is a combination of guided meditations and journaling to clarify what dreams, challenges and goals are ready to be transformed. 

The first is an explanation of the process, learning and journaling.  The second is a follow up to share experiences and give further guidance.  Additional follow up sessions are available.

 

Mantra Meditation - Morning Meditations, Awakening Consciousness

Morning Meditations - Awakening Consciousness as developed and taught by Linda is an easy to learn and do meditation. A soothing word as a mantra and an easy practice technique allows a person to turn inward to the source of relaxation and creativity.  In the process of learning Morning Meditations Linda uses a a combination of guided meditation and mantra.  The process to learn takes about 3 - 4 hours and is easily learned.  Two sessions are required.  The first is an explanation of the process and actual learning.  The second is a follow up to see how the experience has been and to give further guidance.  Additional follow up sessions are available.

Morning Mandalas, Journaling & Meditation

Linda is a mandala artist who teaches other the awakeing creativity course that combines mandala art making with journaling.  Part of the learning are the guided meditatons in
