This is the third of three weeks with the theme “VULNERABLE” & “COURAGEOUS”

“To dare is to lose one’s footing momentarily,

not to dare is to lose oneself.”

                                                                                                           Søren Kierkegaard

VULNERABLE & COURAGEOUS– These go hand in hand. Opening our hearts to dare to be true to ourselves is frightening.  Our hearts are open, we are exposing our passions and we are vulnerable. But to not dare….

QUOTES – Please read these words in bold dark red violet type by Erin Hansen  and Søren Kierkegaard and let them be an inspiration.

WRITING PROMPT – An easy poem to create in an acrostic poem.  Take a word, any word or words from the quote, and write the letters one on top of each other, down a page. This week I used the word “DARE”  from the quote and wrote a poem/prayer.

MEDITATION – The guided meditation centers and quiets. Enter into the sacred space of the mandala circle to let the colors, shapes and whatever you put into the mandala guide you. The marks you make are perfect, whatever they are. They help reveal your authentic being.

MaryAnn Young shared this beautiful nest mandala with three robin eggs. The robins built a nest by her back porch.
