100 Days for Mandalas – The Gifts of Our Soul -Session 5 –Week 14
May 1st, 2015
This is the second to the last week of 100 Days for Mandalas.
The theme of this week is:
Enough – I am Enough
I am inspired by the creativity of those who come to learn about and experience mandalas in my workshops. A few weeks ago I had an all day workshop that showed me the we are all creative beings who are unique, perfect and “enough” in each expression.
Often some of those who come to my workshops say something like “I’m not creative, I’m not artistic”. But that is not true. We are all creative beings, we can all make marks and play with colors and simple shapes. We are all creative, we are all artistic, we are all enough.
Creating within the sacred circle of a mandala allows a safe embrace of wholeness that lets our inner world, our inner mystery come forth through the shapes we make, the colors we choose and the words we write.
All these mandalas are perfect in their expression.

I shared a way to make a simple origami book from one sheet of paper. Janet created mandalas on the pages of this book. Here it is opened showing all the pages.

Thank you to all the Mandalas, Meditation and Journaling workshop artists who let me share their creativity online.
Please let these mandalas be an inspiration for creativity.
Let this weeks inspiration “I am enough” be the knowledge guides you.
MEDITATION – The guided meditation centers and quiets. Enter into the sacred space of the mandala circle to let the colors, shapes and whatever you put into the mandala guide you. The marks you make are perfect, whatever they are. They help reveal your authentic being.
May this meditation inspire the wisdom of knowing You are Enough: MANDALA MEDITATION – ENOUGH
WRITING PROMPT – This week I used the word “ENOUGH” as an inspiration and wrote a poem/prayer.
What is enough?
I am – that is enough
I am – now, embraced by past and future
I am – who I am
I am – growing and changing, always from a place of enough
I am – I am
