A Month For Mandalas – Week 1 – Balance & Remembering the Dreams of Your Soul

This is the first day of the first week for A Month For Mandalas.  Today is the day of balance of earth’s day and night, the equinox.  It is a day of remembering our balance, of light and dark. The theme of this Month for Mandalas is Remember. Remembering the dreams of your soul, remembering the whispers and shouts of your true self.

This session of A Month for Mandalas starts with a meditation about balance and remembering.  (If  you are new to mandala making there are links at the end with how-to instructions.)

Remembering is about listening to the yearnings of your soul, your authentic self.  The mystery of who you truly are is in the darkness of your depths.  The womb of your soul.  Listen and remember. Bring the balance of light and dark into your life.

Let these words and the meditation be a prompt for wisdom from your depths.  Use these inspirations to bring images and words to the surface, to the light.

Let this time of balance be an inspiration for your mandala work.
